Shift-startup quality check

A repeatable walk-through for new quality supervisors. Record each check, flag anything that needs follow-up, and carry open issues into the site’s approved escalation and handover process.

Use this worksheet with the current approved control plan, work instructions, and site reaction process. It is a prompt for the shift, not a replacement for local requirements.
